Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("User", "Player", "you") and tid777 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator"), the entity responsible for operating the online entertainment platform accessible at tid777.cam. These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with tid777, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in betting and gaming activities, bonus claims and use of responsible gambling tools.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal user account registered by a Player on the tid777 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and/or bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded under a specific offer, subject to wagering requirements and applicable bonus terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity, address and payment method verification required under applicable regulations.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the tid777 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction, at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform.
• You must be acting as an individual in a personal capacity and not as a business, agent or representative of any corporate or legal entity.

• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor or close family member of any employee of tid777 or any associated third-party supplier or licensee.

• You must not have been previously excluded from the Platform via a self-exclusion request that remains in effect.

Pakistani users are specifically advised that local laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, may independently prohibit participation regardless of age. Satisfying the 18+ requirement alone does not make participation lawful in Pakistan. Players are solely responsible for verifying whether online gambling is legal in their jurisdiction before registering.

Registration & KYC Verification

To access the full range of tid777 Services, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current and complete information as prompted. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

4.1 Account Registration

• Each individual may hold only one Account. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited and constitute a breach of these Terms.
• You must provide a valid email address, chosen username and secure password during registration. All fields must be completed accurately.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials. tid777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
• You must notify tid777 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements

tid777 operates KYC procedures in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and player verification obligations. You may be required to provide documentation including, but not limited to:

• Government-issued photographic identity (national identity card, passport or driver's licence);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement or similar document dated within 90 days);
• Proof of payment method ownership (card statement, screenshot of digital wallet).

Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. tid777 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where satisfactory verification cannot be completed.

Terms of Use

By accessing and using the tid777 Platform, you agree to use the Services solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in strict compliance with these Terms. Your use of the Platform is subject to the following conditions:

5.1 Permitted Use

• You may browse, register, deposit, wager and withdraw in accordance with these Terms and any applicable promotional terms.
• You may access the Platform from any device, including desktop computers, smartphones and tablets, provided that access is not from a Restricted Territory.
• You may use tid777's responsible gambling tools, including deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders and self-exclusion, at any time and at no cost.

5.2 User Obligations

5.3 Platform Availability

tid777 aims to maintain consistent Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our control may result in temporary unavailability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.

Deposits

The following conditions apply to all deposits made to your tid777 Account:

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments held exclusively in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum deposit amounts are specified in the cashier section of the Platform and may vary by payment method. Amounts are denominated in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) or other supported currencies as displayed.
• tid777 does not accept deposits in cash, cryptocurrency or any other instrument not explicitly listed as a supported payment method in the cashier.
• Payment methods referenced on this Platform (including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah) are cited for contextual familiarity only. Their mention does not imply endorsement, affiliation or confirmed support of gambling services by any of those providers.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon successful processing. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal of Real Money Funds from your Account is subject to the following conditions:

• You must have completed the required KYC verification process before any withdrawal request will be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods registered in your own name. tid777 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in the cashier and may vary by payment method.
• Where Bonus Funds are present in your Account, applicable wagering requirements must be satisfied before the corresponding Real Money Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• tid777 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal request. This may include requesting additional documentation or conducting enhanced due diligence.
• Processing times are subject to the payment method selected and are stated in the cashier. tid777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined or reversed where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms or incomplete verification.

Bonuses & Promotions

tid777 offers various promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general conditions set out below:

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited to your Account only after you have opted in to the relevant promotion and satisfied any minimum deposit requirement specified in the offer.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement, eligible game list, minimum odds (where applicable), expiry date and any maximum bet restriction during bonus play. These are published in the offer terms before you opt in.
• tid777 does not automatically opt players into promotional offers. No bonus will be applied to your Account without your explicit consent.
• Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from Bonus Funds that exceed the applicable wagering requirement, and any stated maximum withdrawal cap, are eligible for withdrawal.
• tid777 reserves the right to amend, withdraw or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled after you have partially satisfied a wagering requirement, any unconverted Bonus Funds will be removed from your Account.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit promotional offers through irregular play patterns, use of multiple accounts, collusion or any other abusive practice will result in forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and winnings, and may result in Account suspension or permanent closure.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules govern all betting and gaming activity on the tid777 Platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately within the relevant sections of the Platform.

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. tid777 does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been placed and accepted by the system, except in circumstances set out in the sport-specific rules (e.g., event postponement, void market).
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These are displayed in the bet slip prior to confirmation.
• Sports betting odds are provided by the Platform and may be subject to change prior to bet acceptance. The odds at the time of confirmation constitute the agreed odds for that wager.
• Casino and live casino games are supplied by third-party studios. Indicative RTP (Return to Player) percentages are sourced from those studios and displayed within each game's information panel. Actual results may vary over any given session.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or system error during a game or betting event, tid777 will endeavour to settle affected wagers in accordance with the available data and the applicable game or sport rules. Where settlement is not possible, stakes will be returned.
• tid777 reserves the right to void any bet placed where there is evidence of an obvious pricing error, data feed failure or exploitation of a technical vulnerability.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tid777 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own identity or a false identity;
• Using another person's Account, identity or payment method without their explicit consent;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of corruption related to sporting events on which bets are placed;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools or any other system designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players;
• Depositing, wagering or withdrawing funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity;
• Exploiting software errors, loopholes or vulnerabilities for personal gain. Any winnings generated through such exploitation will be voided;
• Making chargebacks or reversals through your payment provider in bad faith following legitimate gaming losses;
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, including through coordinated multi-account play.

Intellectual Property

All content on the tid777 Platform — including but not limited to software, code, design, graphics, logos, text, game content, data feeds and trademarks — is the property of tid777 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or otherwise exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from tid777 or the relevant rights holder.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tid777 and its officers, directors, employees and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities arising in connection with your Account or use of the Services;
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform or any Service, whether planned or unplanned;
• Any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain appropriate security of your credentials;
• Losses arising from betting or gaming outcomes, including any outcome resulting from a technical fault that is settled in accordance with Section 9 above.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Responsible Gambling

tid777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all users. Gambling is intended as a form of adult entertainment and should not be treated as a source of income or a means of addressing financial difficulties.

The following player protection tools are available to all registered users at no cost and are accessible from within Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a chosen period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon confirmation.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break from gambling without full self-exclusion.

Account Termination

14.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting the tid777 support team via the email address provided on this Platform. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account (after deduction of any applicable Bonus Funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

14.2 Termination by tid777

tid777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected;
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering or prohibited conduct is suspected;
• KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed;
• Regulatory requirements or a court order mandate closure;
• The Account has been inactive for a continuous period as specified in the Platform's dormant account policy.

Where an Account is closed due to breach of these Terms, tid777 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the Account Balance in accordance with the nature of the breach.

Amendments to These Terms

tid777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via your registered email address or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14.1.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page reflects when the current version of the Terms came into force.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction, as published on the operator's official licensing page. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory law.

Pakistani users are specifically advised that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, the Pakistan Penal Code and other applicable Pakistani laws may independently govern online gambling activity in Pakistan. Nothing in these Terms should be construed as a representation that participation in online gambling is lawful in Pakistan.
